In order to report an anomaly to us, you must do the following;
- You must draft a document in standard format describing the anomaly.
- You must send the drafted aricle to a higher-up, who will approve the
information, make any formatting revisions required, and send it back to you
for approval.
- Afterwards, if you decide to rescind or revise any information, feel free
to edit the document as you wish and send it back to a higher-up for resubmisssion
into the database of anomalies
